Kindergarten/Reception Entrance Assessment
Students are invited to campus to take part in a group observation session. Children will engage in a wide range of activities typical of a pre-school environment and will also be asked questions by the assessing staff in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese, depending on the child's language background. The observation sessions take approximately one hour
A parent or guardian must accompany the child. During the observation session, parents remain in a separate area, where they will be briefed by a member of the school's staff about the admissions process.
A non-refundable assessment fee will be charged if an applicant is invited for the Observation Session for some schools.
